My Story
Passionate about Art & People
Graduated in Art History specialized in Hispanic and Italian contemporary art, I have worked for more than 15 years on the international contemporary art scene, in public institutions and recognized private structures.
I have founded and managed my own gallery in Geneva since 2010, the Studio Sandra Recio, where I exhibited and participated in the professional development of many emerging and established contemporary artists.
Today, Studio Sandra Recio's activity has evolved towards the creation and management of large public and private cultural projects.
I also work as coach and Mentor (Diplom Coach SCI) to support visual artists, curators, photographers, gallerists, writers, actors, or any creative professionals, both in their professional development and personal balance.

Cultural Project Management
The Studio Sandra Recio actively develops and manages complex cultural projects and artistic events, for private and public organizations.

Creativity Coaching
Throughout my career, I have worked to promote contemporary creation and to accompany emerging and recognized artists in the accomplishment of their artistic projects.
Whether it was in renowned international contemporary art galleries, in public cultural institutions or in the gallery I founded and managed during 8 years, my focus was always to support artists development on the long run, to help them to find a balance between their artistic career and personal life.
It meant immersing myself in the intimacy of the artist, of the creative process, but also being able to give practical advise on artwork organization, presentation, external communication, career management, personal and financial objectives.
My experience as entrepreneur and training as Certified Coach (Master in entrepreneurial Coaching & Mentoring) improved my comprehensive skills and enabled me to develop personalised coaching programs for Creatives.

Coaching, Mentoring & Training
The original coaching methods that I have developed are based on individual psychology initiated by Alfred Adler, using brief solution-oriented coaching and systemic coaching tools.
The Sessions are designed to empower visual artists, curators, photographers, gallerists, writers, actors, or any creative professional, both in their professional development and in their personal balance.
Programs are designed in 6 or 12 sessions of 90 minutes and take three to six months depending on coaching rhythm and objectives.
